Comprehensive Management
Medical evaluations and treatment for a wide array of pain, headache, concussion, GI, autonomic, and mental health disorders for patients up to age 30. Services are based on an hourly rate and include record review, history, physical examination, in-depth counseling, and discussion about evaluation and treatment options.
New Patients
1-2 chronic problems - 90 minutes (60 minutes if referred from a preferred source with records) divided between 1-2 visits
3+ chronic problems - 120 minutes (90 minutes if referred from a preferred source with records) divided between 1-2 visits
Acute Concussion (< 3 months) - 60 minutes
Therapeutic Botox only (planned insurance authorization) - 45 minutes
Therapeutic or Cosmetic Botox/Xeomin (no insurance authorization) with review of additional treatment options - 30 minutes
Cosmetic Neuromodulation with same-day injection (available on select days) - 30 minutes
Established Patients
Previously discussed problem, doing great, quick med refills and monitoring - 20 minutes
Previously discussed problem, doing fairly well overall, no major issues - 30 minutes
Previously discussed problem, not doing well or multiple forms needed - 45 minutes
Established patient, new problem or severe difficulty - 60 minutes
We focus on evaluating and treating a wide range of complex health conditions for people from birth to 30 years old. We will see patients over age 30 for more focused services. Feel free to ask using our Contact Form.
For patients traveling from a distance or for more complex problems, we can gather history by a telehealth visit followed within 1-2 weeks by a face to face visit for an examination and medical decision making.
Our services are Out-of-Network with insurance companies, which means that there are no hidden fees or co-pays. Payment is simple and due at the time of service. We provide a Superbill that details the services, and our partner Reimbursify makes it a breeze to get reimbursed from your insurance company.

Neuromodulators & Procedures
We specialize in therapeutic neuromodulators. This means Botox and Xeomin for insurance-approved conditions like chronic migraine, cervical dystonia, and spasticity and non-insurance-approved conditions like TMJ dysfunction, myofascial trigger points, and hyperhidrosis. Oh, and we can also do cosmetics too for you or a loved one.
Insurance approved Botox & Xeomin - $10/unit + procedure fee (eligible for Botox or Xeomin Savings Program)
Non-approved Botox & Xeomin - $12/unit
N*Tox day Promotion (Xeomin Only) - $10/unit (select Saturdays)

Acupuncture and Dry Needling
Acupuncture and related techniques (like acupuressure) is a 2000-year-old treatment that uses Eastern concepts of meridians and Chi to explain health and disease. These points and meridians were re-described 75 years ago d as myofascial trigger points and referral patterns.
We provide dry needling, trigger point therapy, and cupping strategies to treat myofascial pains. We consider these treatments to be part of helping you feel better around the day of service, so these are included in your treatment time, as time allows.
