A Health Alliance

Brain | Body Us | You

Precision and whole-person care—where brain meets body.

We help young adults navigate concussion recovery, migraine, ADHD, pain, dysautonomia, fibromyalgia, mental health, fatigue, and more—especially when symptoms overlap and nothing has quite worked yet.

If you're feeling stuck, burned out, or dismissed, we offer expert care that bridges the gaps between specialties.
We specialize in young adults, but we also care for motivated adults whose symptoms and stories live in that same in-between space—where traditional care falls short. For those adults who fall between the cracks—at any age.

We also provide Botox and Xeomin treatments for people of all ages—for aesthetic renewal, migraine relief, TMJ dysfunction, or neck pain—to help you look and feel your best.

What we do

We extend the reach of modern medicine.
From diagnostics to treatment, we combine conventional and functional approaches to address the whole person.

Our specialty is the in-betweens: the overlaps, the transitions, the stories that don’t fit neatly anywhere else.

By working with one team that understands your neurology, mental health, pain, gut, and goals, you spend less time coordinating care—and more time actually healing.

You don’t need five specialists. You need one team who can see the whole picture.

We currently serve North and South Carolina with offices in Greenville, SC and Charlotte, NC.

“Our son went from a wheelchair to walking again—thanks to Dr. Windsor’s care. He didn’t just treat symptoms. He believed Jackson. He gave us hope.”

Meet the Founder

Dr. Windsor practices medicine the way it was meant to be—rooted in partnership, deep listening, and a genuine investment in each person’s story. With a background from Harvard and Boston Children’s, he combines elite clinical expertise with a "whole-person" approach that is often lost in today’s fast-paced healthcare system.

At Brain Body Health Alliance, you aren't just a patient on a schedule; you are a partner in a shared mission to reclaim your health.

Care Built for People

Traditional healthcare often feels like a series of fragmented appointments and hidden costs.

We offer structured specialty programs in addition to traditional fee-for-service plans, designed to provide a clear roadmap and stable, all-inclusive pricing so you can focus on healing, not logistics.

Specialty Programs

Our comprehensive models for sustained recovery.

These programs are designed for patients seeking a partnership to treat their specific difficulties. By bundling regular medical visits, any practice-recommended procedures (such as medical Botox, trigger point injections, or nerve blocks), and convenient appointment times into a stable monthly rate, we remove the stress of medical logistics so you can focus entirely on healing.

Individual Services & Consultations

For diagnostic clarity and specific medical needs.

For those who prefer a traditional approach, require a single specialized evaluation or treatment, or only need occasional care, we offer individual services on a fee-for-service basis. Whether you need a comprehensive diagnostic intake or a specific procedural consult, you receive the same elite level of expertise with the flexibility of per-visit care.

How Specialty Programs Work

Phase 1 - The Intake & Blueprint

Complete comprehensive medical intake forms, a 60-90 new patient visit with history and examination related to the difficulties, and any necessary diagnostic testing. Treatment may be started at the first visit or delayed until testing results are available. An early follow-up 2-4 weeks later will integrate the information into a treatment plan.

Patients should expect to learn more about their condition, understand test results, and the path forward.

Phase 2 - Stabilization and Early Progress

We focus on relief and regulation. This phase includes scheduled regular follow-up visits to fine-tune your treatment and start work towards goals with secure messaging between appointments.

No "waiting 3 months” for an answer. Your care is proactive, not reactive.

Phase 3 - Advancement

Recovery isn't linear. During this phase, we navigate the "ups and downs" together. This includes regular visits, secure messaging for real-time adjustments, and any necessary procedures like medical Botox or nerve blocks. Previously recommended supplements or treatments are gaining traction.

New issues may come up, and we pivot to respond to changing needs.

Phase 4 - Recovery

By the end of their program, patients have a good understanding of their condition and how to manage it.

By keeping patient goals at the center of the treatment plan and working through barriers, patients are able to self-manage, transition care back to their PCP, or continue with our practice on a stepped-down basis.

What Does Recovery Look Like?

Recovery isn’t always about a perfect day.

It’s about regaining the agency to live your life.

For our patients, it often looks like:

  • Predictability: Fewer "crash days" and a nervous system that feels more regulated.

  • Resilience: Having the tools to manage an "ebb" without it turning into a month-long setback.

  • Presence: Being able to attend a family dinner or a work meeting without the fear of a symptom flare putting you behind.

  • Clarity: Moving from the fog of "what's wrong?" to an understanding of their health story.
