Precision and whole-person care— where brain meets body.

We provide specialty medical and multidisciplinary care for children, teens, and young adults navigating concussion or post-concussive syndrome, migraines and headaches, ADHD, hEDS, chronic pain, gut problems, dysautonomia, fibromyalgia, mental health, fatigue, and more—especially when symptoms overlap, and nothing has quite worked yet.

You don’t need five specialists. You need one team who can see the whole picture.

A new chapter at BBHA

Starting August 12, 2026, Brain Body Health Alliance is welcoming pediatric patients. This is the region’s first concierge headache, pain, ADHD, and brain-body specialty practice to serve pediatric patients, bringing the same depth of care that young adults have relied on to families across the Upstate and beyond.

If your child has been living with chronic headaches, chronic pain, gut problems, hypermobile EDS, post-concussion syndrome, Long Covid, POTS/dysautonomia, ADHD, anxiety, neurodivergence/autism, or another condition that's never quite found the right home — appointments are now available to schedule.

Appointments available in downtown Greenville, SC and SouthPark neighborhood of Charlotte, NC

Care Built for People

Traditional healthcare often feels like a series of fragmented appointments and hidden costs.

We are a direct-pay practice with transparent pricing. Superbills are provided for out-of-network insurance reimbursement and HSA/FSA.

We offer structured specialty programs in addition to traditional fee-for-service visits. The specialty programs are designed to provide a clear roadmap and stable, all-inclusive pricing so you can focus on healing, not logistics.

Specialty Programs

Our comprehensive models for sustained recovery. Our recommended model for most patients.

For patients navigating complex or ongoing conditions, membership gives us the continuity to actually see you through recovery — not just manage individual appointments. By bundling regular visits with convenient appointment options, practice-recommended procedures (such as Botox, trigger point injections, IB-Stim, prolotherapy, or nerve blocks), and structured outcome monitoring into a stable monthly rate, you get more consistent care with less logistical stress.

This is how we do our best work together.

How your visits are structured

A plan built around your goals

Every program at BBHA is structured — with a clear arc, regular visits, and built-in progress reviews. But your goals are always what drive it.

What patients work toward

Your goals drive the plan — not the other way around.

Return to school Fewer headache days Exercise without crashing Reduce daily medication Sleep through the night Return to sport with confidence Clearer thinking and focus Reduce dizziness Less anxiety Calmer nervous system Eat without pain Back to feeling like yourself

Individual Services & Treatments

Best for specific or occasional needs.

Not all patients need structured care programs. For patients who need a one-time evaluation, a single procedure, or prefer flexibility before committing to a program, individual visits are available on a fee-for-service basis. You receive the same level of expertise — with fewer wraparound services.

What Does Recovery Look Like?

Recovery isn’t always about a perfect day.

It’s about regaining the agency to live life.

For our patients, it often looks like:

  • Predictability: Fewer "crash days" and a nervous system that feels more regulated. Attending school with

  • Resilience: Having the tools to manage an "ebb" without it turning into a month-long setback.

  • Presence: Being able to attend a family dinner or a work meeting without the fear of a symptom flare putting you behind.

  • Clarity: Moving from the fog of "what's wrong?" to an understanding of their health story.
