What to Expect After You Reach Out

   You’ll receive an introduction to our clinic and services, answers to any questions about fees or insurance, and any necessary intake forms. We’ll also let you know if we need a referral or additional clinical information from your providers.

2. We’ll help you choose your care model:

   • Specialty Program – Comprehensive, bundled care with a clear treatment roadmap, stable monthly pricing, and consistent follow-up. Ideal for complex or chronic concerns that need more than just one visit.

   • Fee-for-Service – Pay-as-you-go visits for focused concerns or short-term care. No ongoing commitment.

3. Complete your intake forms, and we’ll schedule your appointment.

4. Send us any relevant records.
