Functional Road-Map Consultation
For a complicated picture, an existing care team, and no one whose job it is to look at all of it at once. Several specialists seen, a lot of results collected, still no coherent explanation.
Financing available
This is a consultation, not a transfer of care. For ongoing care, see the programs above.

Not everyone needs a program. Visits are scheduled as needed and priced by length and complexity.
Visits
Procedures
If you are enrolled in a program: professional fees for all recommended procedures are included at no additional charge. Maintenance members receive 50% off. Botox medication and the IBStim device are billed separately and are not included in program benefits.
Each procedure fee covers all injections performed that visit and includes a brief follow-up. Fees are additive — a visit and a procedure on the same day are billed separately. Manufacturer savings programs may substantially offset Botox and Xeomin costs. Superbills are provided for every visit for out-of-network reimbursement and HSA/FSA.
